How the model works
Seven days free, no card
Sign up, verify with an SMS or email code, and your first branch starts on a 7-day trial of your chosen edition. Nothing is collected to start it, and there is no sales call in the way.
Priced per branch
A subscription belongs to a branch, not to the business. One shop, one plan. Adding a second branch means choosing a plan — and an edition — for that branch too.
The edition sets the feature set
Medical Store/OTC, Herbal Shop, Retail Pharmacy or Wholesale Pharmacy, each priced for what it unlocks. Branches on one account can mix editions freely.
Pay by card or mobile money
Billing runs on Paystack checkout — card or MoMo, whichever you hold. Where longer billing periods are offered, some plans can be paid in monthly instalments.
Flexible deployment
Hosted for you, or deployed on your own server. Self-hosted and multi-branch rollouts are scoped and quoted individually — ask us.

Why no price list on this page? Current plans and prices are set inside the platform and change with promotions and billing periods, so any figure printed here would be wrong sooner or later. You will see the exact cedi amount for every edition and period on the pricing screen in your account — during your free trial, before you pay anything. If you would rather have it in writing first, ask us for a quotation.
What you are choosing between
Every edition gets the complete core: the offline till, mobile money collection, batch and expiry tracking with FEFO, purchasing and suppliers, customers, expenses, staff roles and PINs, cash sessions, receipt/A4/label printing, CSV import and the full report set. The bigger editions add the tools bigger operations need.
Retail Pharmacy
Adds prescriptions, the controlled-drug register, warehouses, sale orders and customer credit.
Wholesale Pharmacy
Adds warehouses and transfers, assortments, sale orders and customer credit.
Fair questions, straight answers
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Signing up takes a name, a phone or email (verified with a code), and a password. The 7-day trial starts immediately with nothing collected. You only pay if you decide to stay.
What happens when the 7 days end?
You pick a plan on the pricing screen in your account and pay by card or mobile money through Paystack’s secure checkout. Your data, settings and paired tills carry straight on — nothing to re-enter.
What if I stop paying?
There’s a short grace period after a subscription lapses; after that, selling on that branch pauses until it’s renewed. You can still sign in and read everything — your records are never held hostage.
Can two of my branches be on different editions?
Yes. The edition belongs to the branch’s plan, so a retail pharmacy in town and an OTC kiosk at the market can run side by side on one account, each priced as what it is.
Is there a contract or a cancellation fee?
No contract, no cancellation fee. Subscriptions are pay-as-you-go per billing period — if you don’t renew, you simply stop being charged.
How many devices and staff can I have?
Pair the tills your branch needs and add your team with their own roles and PINs — the price is per branch, not per person or per device.
Can we run it on our own server instead?
Yes. The self-hosting kit is a complete, documented deployment with backup, restore and monitoring scripts. Scope and support for a self-hosted setup are quoted individually — ask us.
I was referred by a partner — does that change anything?
If a reseller introduced you, their partner code at sign-up links your pharmacy to them. Your price is the platform price; the partner’s commission comes from us, not from you.
