PharmaSuite PMD was created to help pharmacies and pharmaceutical businesses move from manual, fragmented operations to intelligent digital management.
Why we built it
We understand the challenges pharmacies face daily — stock losses, expired medicines, inventory inaccuracies, slow billing, poor reporting and operational inefficiency. We also understand the ones that are specific to trading here: a network that drops in the middle of a queue, a mobile money payment nobody can prove arrived, and an inspection that expects a register you can hand over.
So PharmaSuite PMD was built the other way round from most pharmacy software. The counter till holds its own database and sells with no signal at all. Mobile money is confirmed by the processor before a sale can record it. The controlled-drug register seals each entry against the one before. Batches and expiry dates are not an optional field — they are how stock moves.

Solve the problem in front of the customer, not the one in a brochure. Offline-first selling and confirmed mobile money exist because pharmacies here needed them.

PharmaSuite PMD is built and supported by Number Seven Solutions Ltd., a software company based in Accra, Ghana. We host the platform for most customers; for businesses that need to run it themselves, the self-hosting kit is a complete, documented deployment with backup, restore and monitoring scripts.
