Key features

What you get on day one

Prescriptions & dispensing

Prescriber, patient, items and quantities recorded as they were written, with partial fills and refills modelled properly — every dispense ties back to the script and counts down what remains.

A register inspectors respect

Controlled-substance entries are hash-chained, each sealed against the one before, so the register can prove it has not been quietly edited. Export it as a PDF for an inspection.

Pharmacy POS & barcode billing

Fast checkout with barcode scanning, split tenders, discounts, returns and credit notes — fully offline at the counter.

Expiry monitoring & FEFO

Automatic earliest-expiry-first rotation on every sale, expiry and low-stock alerts, and an expiring-stock report that says exactly what to push or return.

Warehouses & transfers

A store room behind the shop or a depot across town — move stock between locations with a paper trail, and set which products each branch carries.

Customer credit with limits

Give the clinic thirty days, with a ceiling the till actually enforces, plus quotations and sale orders for buyers who order rather than queue.

Hospital and clinic dispensaries

Hospital and clinic dispensaries

Hospitals, clinics, health centres and specialist medical facilities run their dispensary on this edition — it is the one that carries prescriptions, dispensing against the script, and the tamper-evident controlled-drug register with its PDF export. Internal medicine stock is managed as ordinary inventory across warehouses, and issues to a ward or department are recorded as sales or transfers depending on how the facility accounts for them.

There is no separate “Hospital edition” to buy — this is it. We would rather name the product you actually get.

Mixing editions across branches

Running a wholesale depot as well? Put that branch on the Wholesale Pharmacy edition — one account, one login, each branch priced as what it is.

Pricing is per branch, per month, in Ghana cedis, and the exact plans for this edition appear on the pricing screen inside your account. How pricing works →
